What should I wear during my treatment?
Wear whatever makes you feel at ease. Most guests disrobe for body treatments, but full draping is always observed. Robes and slippers are provided in all lounges.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not necessary. Men may shave at least two hours before a facial; however, we recommend avoiding shaving prior to body treatments or waxing.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler's checks. Guests of JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District may also charge services to their room.

What is the minimum age to use the spa?
Spa services are reserved for guests aged 18 and older. We kindly ask that all guests under 18 refrain from booking treatments or entering spa facilities.

Do you offer therapeutic massages with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)?
Many of our massage treatments can be tailored to focus on therapeutic outcomes such as muscle relief or targeted tension release. If you require an RMT for insurance purposes, please let us know when booking, as availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.
